Entrep Product Fair with Guestlist.ph

A few days ago, STE, or the Society of Thomasian Entrepreneurs under the college of commerce, had a product fair inside St. Raymund’s building. The participants are composed only from the two senior classes of the entrepreneurship major: 4TE1 and 4TE2. And of course, that also meant Perfect Renders and Guestlist.ph were sure to be there!

Unlike the other stalls that sold food, drinks, clothing apparel and accessories, Ron and I couldn’t offer our business right there on the spot since we don’t have tangible products. What we did instead is see the fair as an opportunity to advertise and make our fellow commerce students know about us and what we do. We prepared flyers and calling cards. Ron also thought about printing a tarpaulin with our logos in it, as well as Pure Manila’s c/o Stephen So’s printing business.

We placed the tarpaulin in the corner of the stairs so that no one will pass the third floor without seeing us. We planned to use it as a background for students while Dennis and I took some shots and footage. Just like this one:

We had about a hundred pictures and two hours of video all in all, which we took from morning ’til late afternoon since we had no classes that day. The product fair took place within commerce week so we had time to prepare. The only bad thing is that at the same time, there was a seminar going on at the Medicine Auditorium and most of the students were required to go there so yeah, we’re able to cater only to less than half of the commerce population. Bummer.

All in all, the day was good. we definitely had some good feedbacks from this trial UST commerce tour by Perfect Renders and Guestlist.ph as well as Dennis since with his constant practicing, he’s now got a firmer grip on his camera. Ron shared with me his future plans for the tour: that we’d do the whole university, one college at a time! So better look out.
